My Story

Bodhi Reflexology was created through my experiences nursing in critical care. Where the impact of poor health on physical and psychological wellbeing was profound. Seeing so much suffering sparked my interest in exploring the possibilities with holistic therapies and self-care practices. This journey has strengthened my belief in the importance of nurturing both the mind and body for a healthier, more fulfilling life.

I was introduced to the wonders of reflexology while pregnant, I gave it a go in the hope of helping to alleviate symptoms of morning sickness. The sessions were transformative....I was in total awe of the positive effect this ancient Ayurvedic art had on both my physical and mental wellbeing. I felt drawn to learning more and sharing this passion with others.

I went on to train with the Devon School of Reflexology to become a qualified Reflexologist. I am NHS Listed, fully insured & a member of the Association of Reflexologists. I provide bespoke treatments aimed at relaxation, rebalancing and restoration. My purpose is to create a nurturing space that harnesses the holistic benefits of reflexology, helping you to achieve relaxation and synergy within. Join me on this journey to enhance your wellbeing and nourish your spirit.

"Bodhi"
Sanskrit word meaning "awakening" or "enlightenment".

The term 'Bodhi' derives from the Bodhi Tree. This Tree is symbolic in Buddhism as it is believed that Buddha sat underneath the Bodhi Tree when he attained enlightenment and peace.
The Bodhi tree has beautiful heart shaped leaves which encompass the meaning of life.
